Registration Changes, Transfers, and Refunds
Switching routes
If you want to switch routes after registering, if you are changing to a longer route, you should email wcc@srcc.com with your request. You will be asked to pay the fee difference. If to a shorter route, no refund will be provided.
Registration editing and payment processing
If you have questions about payments or wish to edit your registration information, please email WCC@SRCC.com with your request. Provide as much detail as you can.
Registration transfers
The Transfer portal is now closed and no further transfers will be accepted.
Registering multiple riders
Each rider must be registered individually. We do not have a mechanism for registering groups.
Refund Policy
If the event is canceled, you will be offered the option of a full refund, or donating all or part of your registration fee to support the nonprofit Santa Rosa Cycling Club. If YOU cancel your participation, no refund is offered, but you may TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION (see above) to a person of your choosing for a fee of $25 (paid by the transferee).
Venue, Check-in, Accommodations
When and where
Check in at the Luther Burbank Center (the Start/Finish, 50 Mark West Springs Rd., Santa Rosa, CA 95403) Friday night 5/3/2024 from 5:30-7:30pm or Saturday morning 5/4/2024 from 7:00-9:30 am. NOTE: If you choose our "Concierge Service" during registration you may skip the check-in process. Just show up with your bib and bike plaque, hop on your bike, and take off!
Start Times & Rest Stop Hours
We strongly recommend you start riding your route during the following times, to ensure that rest stops are open when you arrive:
- 100 mile: 7:00 - 8:00 am
- 100 km: 8:00-9:00 am
- 34 mile: 9:00-10:00 am
Please plan to start your ride during the recommended start times and pace yourself to reach each rest stop during its scheduled open hours.

Bring to check-in
You’ll be checked in from a list of registered riders. Bring the email you received after registering. You can it print out and/or show your ID to check-in. Please bring ID and be sure to carry it with you on the ride. NOTE: If you choose our "Concierge Service" during registration you may skip the check-in process. Just show up with your bib and bike plaque, hop on your bike, and take off!
RV and Auto Parking
There is adequate auto parking on-site at the Luther Burbank Center however overnight parking is not normally permitted. Please email wcc@srcc.com for additional information. There are several options for RV camping throughout Sonoma County.
Bike parking
There will be a supervised, cordoned-off Bike Corral for your bike during check-in and after the ride, but we cannot guarantee its security. We recommend you lock it securely or, if practical, place it safely in your vehicle.

Merchandise
Clothing delivery
Pre-ordered T-shirts can be picked up at the Merchandise Table. Jerseys and/or vests ordered online before March 6, 2024 will be shipped to you before the event. Jerseys ordered after March 6th will be available for pickup at the Merchandise Table.
Apparel questions
If you have specific questions about apparel, email WCC@SRCC.com.
Wrong size
If you need to exchange your clothing for a better size, bring it to the Merchandise Table and we will exchange it for the correct size, if available.
General
Number of riders
Unfortunately we need to place a 2,500 rider limit on the event. We typically sell out in February, and registration will close when we reach the 2,500 limit.
Group discounts
We are not able to offer group discounts for the Wine Country Century.
Volunteering & Worker's ride
It takes over 400 volunteers to make a Wine Country Century! REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN. WCC volunteers get to ride the same routes, fully supported, the following day, free of charge.
Weather
Weather in May is variable. One year it was cool and rainy during the morning, but it is more typically cool and sometimes overcast in the morning and sunny and warm in the afternoon.
COVID precautions
The health and safety of our guests is the WCC’s highest priority. The event will observe all local, state, and federal requirements in place at the time of the event.
