Registration Changes, Transfers, and Refunds

Switching routes

If you want to switch routes after registering, you may log into your BikeReg.com account to do so. If you are changing to a longer route, you will be asked to pay the fee difference. If to a shorter route, no refund will be provided.

Registration editing and payment processing

If you have questions about payments or wish to edit your registration information, please email WCC@SRCC.com with your request. Provide as much detail as you can.

Registration transfers

  1. Transfers are done completely online. First, find someone (transferee) that would like to ride and is not already registered. You can ask your friends, place an ad on Craigslist (#WCC or #WineCountryCentury), Facebook, Instagram, or use any other method. You will need the name and email address of the transferee.
  2. You can sell the entry for any price you wish OR give it free of charge. The financial transaction is done outside of the registration system using whatever method you and the transferee agree to (PayPal, Venmo, cash, etc.)
  3. The transaction should be completed BEFORE you start the BikeReg Transfer process
  4. When steps 1 & 2 are complete you should return to https://bikereg.com/winecountrycentury2023 and log into your account with the email address and password you chose when you registered. If you did not create an account, you can enter your email address and follow the instructions.
  5. Follow the prompts to start the transfer. Emails will be sent to both you and the transferee with instructions for completing it.

Registering multiple riders

You may register multiple riders in one session, but each rider must be registered individually. We do not have a mechanism for registering groups.

Refund Policy

If the event is canceled, you will be offered the option of a full refund, or donating all or part of your registration fee to support the nonprofit Santa Rosa Cycling Club. If YOU cancel your participation, no refund is offered, but you may TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION (see above) to a person of your choosing for a fee of $20 (paid by the transferee).
